Using this site
The texts, design and clips on this site belong to Jordi Roca Palma S.L., unless stated otherwise. Game names, logos and footage belong to their respective owners.
The view numbers next to the clips come from the platforms and were correct when this page was last updated. They change over time and are not a promise of results.
Links to other sites, such as TikTok and Cal.com, are there for convenience. I don't control those sites and am not responsible for what is on them.
Spanish law applies to this site. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ceuta, Spain, unless the law says otherwise.
Privacy
Jordi Roca Palma S.L. is responsible for your data. Write to jordi@questhook.com about anything in this section.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Fonts and videos are served from this site, so they do not send your data to Google, TikTok or anyone else.
The booking calendar at the bottom of the home page is loaded from Cal.com when you scroll near it. From then on Cal.com receives your IP address and sets a security cookie of its own.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
If you email me, I receive your name, your email address and whatever you write. My email runs on Google Workspace.
If you book a call, the booking page is run by Cal.com. It collects your name, email address, time zone and your answers to the booking questions, and adds the call to my Google Calendar. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
I use this data only to answer you, hold the call and, if we work together, prepare the agreement and the invoices. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and, for invoices, my legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
If we don't end up working together, I delete your messages and booking details within 12 months. Client records and invoices are kept for as long as Spanish tax and commercial law requires, up to six years.
I never sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with the providers named above. Some of them are based in the United States and process data under the transfer safeguards that GDPR requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or to limit or object to how it is used. Email jordi@questhook.com and I will answer within a month. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection agency, the AEPD.
Service terms in brief
The service is for businesses, not consumers.
What is included is what the plan on the home page lists.
Billing is monthly, at the start of each month, by bank transfer or card. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
The first term is two months. After that it runs month to month, and you can pause or cancel at any time, effective from the next billing date.
Nothing is posted without your approval. Unreleased footage stays private, and I sign an NDA on request.
Every clip made for you, and every account it is posted on, belongs to you.
No result is guaranteed. How many people see a clip depends on the platforms.
The agreement you sign before we start sets the full terms. Where it differs from this page, the agreement applies.
